All seven series are tested for emissions and immunity — the wall must not interfere with other equipment, and must keep running in a room full of radios, dimmers and switchers. Outgoing Quality Control. Per-panel pixel test on every unit — not batch sampling. Calibrated camera array detects dead pixels, flicker and colour shift. Brightness uniformity mapped across the full surface. A single dead pixel in the central zone triggers rework.
